Post Dutch Oven Pizza

Dutch Oven Pizza

Ingredients

14 inch Dutch oven

2 10 ounces cans pizza crust
1 jar, Ragu' Pasta Sauce, Super Chunky Mushroom or your favorite
2 to 4 cups shredded cheese, Monterey Jack and Colby or your favorite
1 bag Hormel Canadian bacon, pizza style
1 bag Hormel pepperoni pizza style
1 jar sliced mushrooms
aluminum foil
cooking spray

Procedure

Line Dutch oven with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Roll out one can of pizza dough. Spread evenly on bottom of pan. Put a lite covering of pasta sauce on top of pizza dough. Put as much as you like, etc... Add 2 to 4 cups of cheese . Put Canadian bacon on one side and pepperoni on the other side. Cover with sliced mushrooms. Unroll next can of pizza
crust and cover top of pizza.

Cover and cook for 15 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Put 22 coals on top and 12 on bottom.

Note: You can put what topping and cheeses you like. I like ground beef ,saute onions and mushrooms. You will never buy a pizza from the pizza store again. I
have done this at home using a pizza pan top put my dough on.
