Brandied Raspberry Bavarian

Ingredients

1 1 lb. 4 oz. can dole crushe
1 pineapple in juice
2 6 oz. pkges. raspberry
-gelatin
3 c boiling water
2 c cold water
1 ts grated lemon peel
1/2 c brandy
1/2 pt whipping cream
2 tb sugar

Instructions

Drain pineapple reserving all juice. Dissolve gelatin
in boiling water. Stir in reserved pineapple juice,
cold water, lemon peel and brandy. Chill to
consistency of unbeaten egg white. Whip cream with
sugar. Fold into thickened gelatin along with drained
pineapple. Pour into Bundt pan. Chill overnight.
Makes 10 servings.
