Chocolate pudding done over!
Because I just can't leave well enough alone! Dying for a chocolate pie, and had the larger Royal chocolate pudding in the house, so
Instead of 3 cups milk, I used 1 cup heavy cream and 1 3/4 cups milk, to make a thicker richer pudding; and after the pudding was thickened, I added about 3T. melted bittersweet chocolate. From the taste of the pan lickin's it's gonna be pretty good! |

Yummy! I used to make a bread pudding where instead of using whole eggs I just used vanilla instant pudding that had been made with half the milk - it worked incredibly well!
(I love licking bowls, spoons, spatulas and beaters - how can you resist that kind of sugary fun!)
