If the recipe calls for a cup of cream and a cup of milk, could I just use two cups of half-and-half? Or will it turn out wrong?

I suspect the broiler with your oven will work better than a lighter would.Banana Brain said:Oh dear... I definatly don't have one of those fancy things.
