Fluffy quick dessert.
jello 4 oz , flavor your choice. 2/3 cup of boiling. pour over jello and stir till totally melted. 1/2 cup water mixed with ice cubes to make one cup. add to jello and mixed til ice is melted. stir with wire whisk one 8 oz of cool whip. put in fridge for 20 min. you can pour into graham cracker crust. sometimes i just spoon into wine glasses or other fancy containers. sometimes i stick a cookie on top but don't have to. i have had this recipe for years. don't even remember where i got it. cool and refreshing dessert.

I been making that for years only into graham cracker or shortbread crust. Good idea to use as mousse and put into glasses. Could sweeten some graham crackers crumbs and do layers of crumbs and mousse in glaases would make a nice looking dessert.
It is great and a fast dessert. I mostly make it in strawberry or raspberry. I have done in lemon and in lime. Just a hint tho when doing the lemon or lime grate some zest into it also as it gives it a better flavor.
