Hello,

I was thinking of making some brownies, but then adding melted, gooey, "halal" marshmallows on top. Then, perhaps I can top that off with chopped walnuts.

Sound good? :chef:

Anyway, my question is... if I start baking the brownies and then put the marshallows on top for the last several minutes of baking, will they melt nicely or become charred?

Or, am I better off baking the brownies and letting them cool, and then separately melting marshmallows in a pot with a little butter, and then spreading that on the brownies with a spatula?

Thanx!

If you don't want them to be brown, don't leave in for long or just melt them separate. You can also put foil over it too.
