Please help me find this squares recipe

My mom used to make this when I was young, but despite searching through all her recipes after she passed away I have been uble to locate it.

The base was made of crushed Dad's Oatmeal Cookie's and butter. The filling was a very light (in color) chocolate fudge, made with icing sugar I believe. It was topped with more cookie crumbs.

Anyone familiar with this?
