Daughter is making this for us tonight..I took a small taste already, it's yummy...Now I need to finish my dinner so I can have dessert
Mango Cream
5-mangoes
Sugar
2-oranges, peel, seed and cut into small pieces
1-Tab. lemon juice
2-c. whipping cream
chopped nuts of choice, we used pecans about a 1/4c.
Peel and pit mangoes. In blender or f/p whirl fruit til pureed. Put in a bowl and season with a little sugar, to your taste, Stir in oranges and lemon juice. Whip and lightly sweeten cream and fold into the mango mixture. Pour into parfait glasses and sprinkle with nuts. Serves 10-12
