Well, I found it. And I gained a pound simply reading the recipe!

Note to self: Gain four pounds tomorrow....

mudbug, I like the fragrance thing - "Essence of Otter"? I figured you probably got a bit wrapped up at TarJay and had to scrap the souffle. What with brined turkey, souffle and company this past weekend, I've gained 4 pounds and am at the top of my self-imposed five pound weight range, so I won't be cooking anything exotic until I drop a few of them.

Otter, Tar-jay is taking the pounds off me. But I don't much like being there -- slinging merchandise on the shelves and re-shelving things and re-re-shelving is getting pretty old already. I'm gonna give it a month and then seriously reconsider.

Anybody need a freelance editor for anything? I'm fast and accurate at that. Just don't ask me where the chenille curtains go. Or how to do souffles.
