Albert Pudding is a steamed pudding which can be made easily.It texture is soft like cake.Jam sauce accompanise with it.It can served hot or cold.

Ingrdients:

Maida-200gms
Butter-150gms
Powder sugar-100gms
Egg-1no
Baking powder=a pinch
Milk-1tbl spoon
Cherry-4nos
Silver foil-1/2 mtr

Direction:

Sieve the maida,sugar,baking powder together.Then knead butter and sugar together,add egg to it mix it gently.Finaly add the sieved mixture to it nd mix it gently.Then grease the jelly mould with butter,Pour the mixture in to the mould and wrap it with silver foil,Steam it for 45minutes.

Remove from the fire and cool it,demould it.
Jam Sauce-Dilute jam in water and reduce it half.Pour it on the top of the pudding.
Garnish it with Sliced Cherry.
Serve it
