Hey everyone!

I have a whole box of Baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares, that i didn't use for Thanksgiving. What is a good dessert/recipe i could use these in? Brownies? It has a recipe for cheescake on the bake, but i've really been craving brownies.. any ideas?

hm, i dont have instant espresso, or coffee powder, can i just use regular coffee? Would i brew it first?

If it's very finely ground, you can use it as is. If not, you could use brewed, in spite of the fact you'll be adding extra water to the brownie batter. But since it's only 1 1/2 Tbsp, it should be fine. You could even omit it if you'd like, but I recommend using some coffee, since coffee, especially espresso, is used to enhance and deepen the chocolate taste. If you use brewed, make it very, very strong, since the flavor will be diluted somewhat by the water.
