I'm going to give these a try today. Surprise the guys in my life when they get home later today. I'll be using a glass pan and will decrease the temp by 25 degrees and see how it works out vs. using the metal pan.
 
Whoops forgot..............I've never used Cocoa before in cooking....not a big baker but plan to start doing more of it. Anyway.....your talking about Hershey's Cocoa.....in the dark brown can? Also, did you use light or dark brown sugar?
