Chocolate Marshmallow Nut Roll

Base:
1 can condensed milk
1 box of bakers semi sweet chocolate

Add in:
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
1.5 roughly chopped roasted nuts (We use almonds and hazelnuts as there are a lot of allergies in our house. Cashews and pecans are delicious in here as well, but be careful with the walnuts, check for rancidity before using them)

Coating:
cocoa
coconut
icing sugar
finely chopped nuts

Melt the condensed milk and chocolate together. Add in the chopped nuts and marshmallows AFTER the mixture has cooled a bit or the marshmallows will melt. Put 1/3 of the mixture on waxed paper and roll into a log. Peel back the waxed paper and sprinkle one of the coating mixtures on the waxed paper and roll again so that the log is coated. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve and cut 1/2 inch slices.

Hi Alix!! Can you tell me how many ounces of chocolate you are dealing with here?
I have choc. chips on hand, and assume I could use an equal amount in this recipe.
