I just saw this thread. LOL... do you have the same aunt I do? This the EXACT same recipe she uses.

Geez, I can't type .. or else I'm just too fast.

Here's one with a little different ingredients; the first restaurant I worked at made these, but the chef would never 'share' the recipe, so I fiddled with my basic reicpe at home, and this is pretty darn close!

MY KILLER BROWNIES

1 1/2 cup melted butter
6 eggs
3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cocoa
1/4 cup hot brewed espresso
3T Kahlua
1/3 cup hot fudge topping

Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 9 x 13 pan.

Blend butter, sugars, vanilla; add eggs, beat. Mix together hot fudge topping, espresso and kahlua, and stir in. Mix together all dry ingredients, and add gradually til well blended. Spread in pan; bake for 40-45 minutes. Brownies should still look a little soft in the middle of the pan. Cool thoroughly before cutting – I refrigerate mine.

Those brownie recipes look AWESOME!!! I can't wait to try them (and I know my sister the mudslide queen will be dying to try the Kahlua Mudslide Brownies)

Is anyone opposed to me adding your brownie recipes to my website? Giving you credit for the recipe of course! =)
