Thumbs up No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups

No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups


Ingredients:
1 cup graham crackers
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Crush graham crackers into crumbs and mix together with 1/2 cup butter, powdered sugar and peanut butter.
Press mixture into an ungreased 9-by-13 inch pan.
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, milk and 2 tablespoons butter. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove mixture from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
Spread chocolate over graham cracker layer. Chill and cut into small squares.

I was needing one more dessert for Thanksgiving, specifically an easy chocolate one. This is perfect! TY, Chocoholic!

Made these this week and oh my goodness they were soooooo good. Thanks again for the recipe.

Meant to say that I used low fat peanut butter (got to find a way to use it up as we all loathe it) and it was fabulous!

I have to tell you, I was some kind of relieved to find SOMETHING to get rid of that crap. I sure will pay more attention next time I'm buying peanut butter!

We've made these bars about 3 times in the last few weeks. They are a huge hit around here. Thanks again!

Hi everyone. Im new to this forum and a beginner chef . When you say mix do you mean with a mixer, spoon, spatula?

I believe I used a mixer to make things easier, but you could use a spoon.
