I'm about to make my Lemon Bars, which go in a 9x13 pan.
I need a math whiz....
If I make a recipe and a half would that fill a 10x14 or do I need a hole double batch?
I can't remember what I did last time.

There isn't a whole lot of difference between the 9x13 and 10x14. You could make the regular recipe and it would be a little thinner or 1 1/2 recipes and it would be thicker.

Thanks. I think I'll go with 1 1/2....
I'm going for leftovers, thats the reason for the bigger pan.
Wish me luck!!! :)

Just an interesting FYI that I recently learned. Google does math. In this case, in the google search bar type 9 X 13 = and hit enter. It says 117, which is the number of square inches in the 9 X 13 pan. Then type 10 X 14 = and you get 140 SQ IN.

Just like Andy M said, about 15 % bigger.

Just sharing the calculator function, cause, it's handy when a calc is not available. Kind of like kast night when I learned to use google to search for posts on DC.
