Peanut Butter Oreo Brownies

The crushed Oreos add a nice crunch and flavor to just plain old boxed brownies. Don't skimp on the topping it really makes the brownies. You might also want to try using Mint Oreos for St Patricks Day.
Enjoy! Debbie

PEANUT BUTTER OREO BROWNIES

Oreo Mint Brownies

11 OREOS; Double Stuffed Peanut Butter Creme.
1 box(es) BROWNIE MIX; For A 13x9 Pan.
_____

Prepare brownies according to package directions.
Coarsely crush 11 Oreos.
Reserve ¾ cup for topping.
Add remaining Oreos to batter and gently fold in until combined.
Pour batter into a greased 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle the 3/4 cup crushed Oreos, (or to taste) over batter and bake according to package directions.
*I follow the directions for cake like brownies.
Use less Oreo's if using a brownie mix that calls for an 8x8 pan.

You're killin me here.
Good grief, these look wonderful.
My diet thanks you.
My DIL asked me today when I'm going to Canada again.
She's requesting double stuffed and regular, so the pink box and the blue one, of Canadian Oreo's.
She's giving me a grandson in a few minutes, I think she'll be getting every flavor of Oreo's ever made in Canada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations on your new grandson. I bet you are excited. As for your diet, I'm really sorry.
