I love brownies (and blondies) and I love peaches - the thought of combing the two of them just occured to me. A little searching later and this is the gem of a recipe that I found! I'd probably make the brownies from scratch - but boy, oh boy is it making my mouth water just thinking about it! :)

Praline Peach Brownie Sundaes

No baking! Start with a purchased brownie, and dress it up with a luscious fruit topping.

1/2cup firmly packed brown sugar

1/2cup whipping (heavy) cream

2tablespoons margarine or butter

1/4teaspoon ground cinnamon

1teaspoon vanilla

1/2cup pecan pieces

2peaches, peeled, sliced

6 purchased frosted brownies

1 1/2pints (3 cups) ice cream

1. In medium saucepan, heat brown sugar, whipping cream, margarine and cinnamon over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and margarine is melted.
2. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, pecans and peaches. Cool 10 minutes.
3. Place brownies in individual dessert bowls or plates. Top each with 1/2 cup ice cream and 1/4 cup sauce.

Tip:

The rich, creamy topping on these sundaes tastes very much like a praline, a patty-shaped candy made from pecans and brown sugar.
