Substituting marshmallows for marshmallow creme in Fudge
Last night I made a really yummy fudge using marshmellow creme (Can't get Fluff here in Los Angeles, so I used the Kraft Marsh. Creme). Very creamy. Perfect taste and texture.
Anyway, as I was reading through some of the comments on the recipe (which I pulled from allrecipes.com), a reviewer mentioned using 2 cups of mini marshmallows in place of the 7oz jar of "fluff". Does that sound like a reasonable substituion? Anyone know if the finished product will be different using mini marshmallows vs the cream?
