i made these today and they were a big hit with my chocoholic family.here's the recipe.(i doubled the quantities).
1/2 c butter.
1 c white sugar.
2 eggs.
1/3 c cocoa(i used hersheye's)
1/2 c AP flour.
pinch of salt.
1/4 tsp baking powder.
Preheat oven to 350.Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.in a large sauce pan melt butter,remove from heat.Stir in sugar and eggs.Beat in cocoa,flour,salt and baking powder.spread batterinto prepared pan.bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes.do not over cook.
FROSTING:
combine 3 tbs butter,3 tbs cocoa,1 tbs honey and 1 c confectioner's sugar.frost brownies while they are still warm.
