I'm having sausage gravy on biscuits with some grated Asiago and a grated hard boiled egg on top.

What are you having?
 
SO clipped a recipe from a free sample of Cook's Illus. or Cook's Country for us to try.

Tuscan Garlic Chicken Pasta.

I had planned to make it yesterday but life got in the way. Trying tonight.
 
yesterday I grilled; a larger than plate sized sirloin steak, and two pounds of ground beef and chevon into burgers. DH wants one burger on bread, so that leaves me with the sirloin:mrgreen:. Last night I tried making mashed potatoes out of canned potatoes, worked better than I anticipated, so will repeat the taters for me, and some fresh broccoli..
 
Grilled Pork Chops with a Porchetta style seasoning, buttered noodles and steamed veg...

Broccoli (sautéed with fresh garlic EVOO & Grapeseed oil, sea salt, ground peppercorns & ground red pepper flakes) & mini penne topped with fresh grated Romano & Parmesan cheeses & a side of sautéed mushrooms (EVOO & chile oil, fresh garlic, onion, oregano, sea salt, ground peppercorns & ground red pepper flakes).
