Sorry so late! It was actually pretty good! It was just ground beef, onion, a large can of diced tomatoes, a packet of taco seasoning, and a large can of mushrooms. Served on spaghetti noodles, of course. We both liked it.

Sounds really good. I too like taco seasoning mix. I just like the combination of flavors. I use it in chili along with chili powder, tamale pie, tamale meatloaf, etc.
