11/24 Special - Garam Masala Crusted Scallops

Pan Seared Garam Masala Seared Scallops

For this dish, I decided to make the garam masala a course grind for a different texture. Usually, garam masala is ground fine.

Black Peppercorns, White Peppercorns, Coriander Seed, Fennel Seed, Mustard Seed, Sesame Seed, Fresh Nutmeg, Cumin, and Cinnamon

Oh, yum. One thing I can get of excellent quality here is IQF sea scallops, so I'm always looking for something different to do with them.
