It's good to be cooking again after our wonderful Alaskan cruise. I roasted a small piece of Asian marinated pork loin, and the first night we had Bahn Mi sandwiches. Last night I put together bowls of delicious Udon noodles and veggies with the rest of the pork. Yummy....

I marinated extra large shrimp in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger-infused sherry and sesame oil, then DH grilled them. I also made steamed buns from the Asian grocery store and salad with homemade ginger-soy dressing. Really good.
