5-quart skillet recipe

I just got a great 5-quart skillet and am looking for recipes intended for these big skillets. Chicken is a favorite in our house.
Hope this is the right place to post such a question.
All thoughts are welcomed.

Wow, that is a big skillet. I don't have any that I can think of right now, but, I'm sure someone will.

It is an incredible Calphalone stainless steel skillet with a heavy glass lid. Big enough to cook a large meal in. We did one entree (a meat dish my wife made), but were looking for more.
