6/2 Special: Surf 'n Turf Trio

Dinner service starts in like 15 minutes. I ran something this one before but this is a little different:

Land and Sea Sampler: Grilled Petit Filet Mignon, Grilled Lemongrass Prawns, and Macadamia Nut Crusted Sea Bass
Sauce Marchand de Vin, Mango Coulis, Ponzu Butter Sauce, Peruvian Potato Mousseline, Braised Baby Bok Choy

JKath, what about fish don't you like? Have you ever at least tried a more mild flavored type of fish like snapper?
