Lamb leg steak with brown onion gravy, cauliflower and cheese sauce. Roast tatters pumpkin carrots and parsnip. One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. I marinaded the steak in garlic chilly ginger fish sauce and ketchup manis.

Reservations. Tomorrow is our anniversary, but tomorrow is Friday, and we rarely go out to dinner on Friday, especially during tourist season, so tonight's the night.
Went to our favorite restaurant, https://www.momborestaurant.com/ . Mrs. T had the tuna, I had the mahi mahi. Excellent dinners. I had the tuna a few weeks back, and preferred the tuna over what I had tonight, but still enjoyed the mahi mahi. Had to try something different.

TJ's Orange Chicken is on the menu tonight with added bell pepper strips and green onion over steamed Jasmine rice. I always add more orange juice to the delicious sauce that's included to make it go further.

We had crispy skin braised chicken thighs, mashies, carrots and green beans, plus a new brand of crescent rolls Publix had on BOGO a few weeks ago, Annie's I think. They were pretty good, better than the dough boy's.

Had defrosted some shrimp the other day so HAD to finally cook them.
Saute shrimp with mushrooms, asparagus, butter and lemon zest on homemade noodles.
(Think I got a little carried away with the last squeeze of lemon juice - but still delish)

We had leftover hamburger casserole last night, and cantaloupe for dessert.
