9 Months 'Til Christmas! March 25th Meals?

I'm roasting a chicken and we'll have pilaf and green beans sautéed with mushrooms and shallots.

...and you?

Chicken thighs marinated in lite soy, pumpkin spice, and brown sugar, with mashed and buttered sweet potatoes.

I usually use ginger, but after reading the ingredients on the pumpkin spice container, decided to try it instead. It's got ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. I'm betting it'll be good.

Finally, after 17 months, the season premiere of Mad Men is airing tonight. Order in pizza and Martinis. (I'm fresh out of chicken ala king & tuna tetrazzini. lol)
