That may be true, but I just sometimes think Alton gets just a little too - fussy - about the process!

Thanks GB that was really interesting and informative. Most of that I did not know about Chef Brown. I always found him to be rather weird, but still watched as I would get a good laugh out of his antics, and some good food ideas.
