Alton Brown Q&A!

Not sure this is the correct part of the forum to post this. After all I havent ventured outside of the "Off Topic" soft and fuzzy confines in AGES! But I found this Q&A with Alton Brown and I HAVE to share it with eveyone!

Here is the link: http://interviews.slashdot.org/inter....shtml?tid=129

Good Link!

My hubby and I love Alton Browns show 'Good Eats', it's very educational. Alton has a great sense of humor. Thanks for the link, I enjoyed reading it.

I LOVE Alton! There's something about that nerdy, studdery, fast way he talks that I find so sexy. I just wish I could see him without his glasses.

Banana Brain - re: Alton & his glasses, this is the story I heard via an interview he did. Apparently he used to wear contacts for all his television appearances, until one day he was cooking something that required chopped hot chili peppers & he accidentally rubbed his eye. Yowie zowie!! He said the pain from hot chili pepper oil + contact made him give them up & go back to his glasses for anything that had him around food.
