We had the gumbo that we made on Saturday for the purpose of a quick weeknight meal. Just had to warm it up and make the rice. Tomorrow night will be the Cuban corn pie we also did ahead on Saturday, for another quick meal.

If you're gonna make a Key Lime pie, you have to use real Key Limes!

pizza, mussels fra diavolo, and garlic knots for dinner for us tonight.

i had poached scottish salmon & a potato salad made with jersey royals & griddled english asparagus.seems to be a bit of a glut/some overstocking of asparagus this year & i got a pound at my local tesco for less than $1.
ate it while watching the jubilee concert,not interested in the rest of the shemozzle but,c'mon,stevie wonder,robbie williams,sir tom jones,kylie,jessie j et al.....live.......gotta be done!
I spent a lot of money on booze,birds & fast cars.The rest I just squandered.
