Isn't that the truth?!?

We did the leftover thing here, too, in a last-ditch attempt to create just a wee bit more space in the fridge.

Having stuffed mushrooms, gratons, cheese and crackers, etc. Basically snack food while we prep for tomorrow.

Jim

P.S. Keeping jovial by sipping on bud ice.

Last night (Wed) I had store bought mixed veal tortelini with a home-made sauce of asparagus, broccoli and cherry tomatoes in a sour cream and tomato paste sauce with plenty of seasonings and topped with grated cheddar. Could have been a bit moister but that comes with using sour cream as the sauce base sometimes.
