I made grilled chicken and veggie kebabs with Greek potatoes and tzatziki.

I was really ONO (hungry) for some homemade pasta, homemade marinara made with San Marzano tomatoes (my plate has pasta with just olive oil and cheese), Chicken Parm and homemade bread ... American-Italian husband was very happy...

OK. The fish wasn't thawed by dinner time, so I had to wing it. Instead we had bacon cheese dogs. We also had the potatoes. The squash and tuna will have to wait until tomorrow.
