I had to Google tonkatsu. An Asian/European thing from when Europe controlled Asian countries, from what I've read. There is apparently a Japanese version, and a South Korean version. Doesn't seem to be much of a difference, other than how it is served.

Yes, it's basically breaded chicken cutlets with an Asian dipping sauce. They're usually fried, but this version, from SteamyKitchen.com, is baked at a high temperature, so no mess.
 
That's what cell phones are for. Rather than get stuff wrong when she gives me my marching orders (aka shopping list), I just call her 72 times when I have a question...
One problem with that: the grocery store we do major shopping at seems to be located in a Cone Of Silence area. Our cell phones don't work until we climb out of the lowlands that the store is built on and get up above where the radio waves travel!
