Birthday Special 11/25 - Braised Asian Style Osso Bucco

Oh well, might as well make the most of my birthday. I braised these yesterday for tonight. The braising liquid is flavored with ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sherry, red wine, Chinese wine, veal stock, scallions, chinese five spice, and Asian vegetable aromatics:

Asian Style Braised Veal Shank "Osso Bucco"
Lemon Risotto, Sauteed Mushrooms, Wilted Arugula, Ginger Beurre Blanc, Natural Braising Jus

This looks fantastic to me If you could prepare anything at all for yourself on your birthday, what would it be? Or maybe you would prefer someone else to cook for you?

Hey ironchef, this sounds like fusion food to me! Enjoy your birthday dinner and let me know how it went.

No, I'd defnitely rather have someone cook for me so I can just relax.
