Liver and onions. I love liver. Pirate left home until it was all cooked. And I still have enough left over to pick at for snacks.

I'm going to make a sort of stir-fry with Greek flavors and serve it over seasoned rice. Chicken, bell peppers, onions and garlic with lemon juice and herbs from the garden, topped with feta. Homemade bread on the side.

We're having mushroom-chive-cheese omelet, a bit of ham, and a fresh fruit salad. Whoever wants toast is on their own - I'll be having one, thick slice of apple cider raisin bread. :yum:

Taco salad. Hmm, no lettuce. Taco meat with tomatoes on Tostitoes it is.

We had a late breakfast (or early lunch) around 11 of potatoes, onions, sausage links, and scrambled eggs & cheese. Mom had oatmeal for supper, I had a can of spaghetti-o's with salad.

Low carb chicken enchiladas.Hubby's on the keto diet.

Made enough to keep me out of the kitchen today.
