Breakfast was a wonderful omelet of Spinach, Ricotta cheese, red onions, sweet onions, salt and pepper, and yummy homefries.

Why not make a good English Breakfast and the spend the rest of your day walking in the country.

Sounds like a WONDERFUL breakfast LadyCook!!!!!

Finmar - I don't believe LadyCook was asking what she should eat for breakfast or how to spend her day! Her breakfast sounds lovely, don't you think?

LadyCook - I hope you napped all day!

Well you have to prepare yourself for a few extra pounds when you have such a breakfast

As you know, everything that is VERY good, is not so good after. It is heavy and you need to work hard to put it down again, so it is always best to watch out and be moderate

After such a heavy breakfast in the last days, it is good to stick to a cereal bar, and if still hungry have fresh fruit
