[file photo, this was enough for us both btw ]

Our niece gave me these really cool parchment bags,
so I filled them with assorted veggies from my produce bin in the `fridge,
a nice piece of fresh Salmon Fillet, topped with fresh herbs,
put in a glug of dry vermouth, sealed them and baked them off.
Salmon en papillote done easy.
Served with a BIG side salad and dessert later tonight, Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream.

Nickee, I hope your hubby had a fun birthday.

Naan pizzas. Busy in the basement today and needed something quick.

Kayelle was worried about it, but with her killer homemade spaghetti sauce, it was great!

Tacos with hamburger, melted cheese and fried onions.

Illegitimi non carborundum!
