Spinach/chickpea curry over brown rice.

we went to my nephew's house. They are celebrating their first Christmas married AND a new baby AND she wanted to cook the meal. Brave girl!!! Our other nephew and his wife and kids came over too, as well as the boys' mother and stepfather. We had a wonderful time and cooked some great food:

Ham & turkey (turkey was in a baking bag in the oven)
mashed taters
dressing & gravy
sweet potato casserole
corn casserole
green bean casserole
deviled eggs

assorted pies for dessert - coconut custard, pumpkin, rhubarb-cherry-apple, and pecan
