Christmas Eve 2008 - What's everyone having for dinner?

Simple fried breaded shrimp some home made cocktail sauce and some fresh green beans with teriaki sauce and sesame seeds. Tommorow a baked ham some sweet potatoes, green beans, lime jello whip and some rolls. Thats it since it's just two of of us. I also made a pumkin pie

Just having chili and cornbread while I concentrate on baking tonight. Got the eggnog cookies and peanut butter fudge done, next up chocolate chip cookies with walnuts and then sugar cookies so the kids can cut em out and have some fun decorating them.

this post is late, but.... I wanted to crow a little bit.

Hubby volunteered me to do Christmas Eve supper to take to his sister's house. He requested burritos, and I also made a black bean & corn relish/salad and guacamole and chips. We drank Shiner Black bohemian beer with it. Awesome tasty grub.
