Cooking duration

45m to 1hr for me on Average, although much of the time I do the prep in the morning and the cooking in the evening.

for instance, today I have ground up the home-grown wheat into flour and made bread buns, I also have a cured pork loin join that I`v sliced up into Bacon sitting in the fridge now too.
tonight is just cooking the bacon and making sammich`s

It depends, sometime 15-30 mins sometime more.

But I love cooking, if I get time I prepare full course meal. It will take 3-4 hours to prepare.

I put 1 - 1.5 hours but as with others can be all over the map as I do pretty well everything from scratch, but not always at once. But it is really interesting to see all the answers!
