i was so hungry this morning, usually i'm toooo sleepy & un-hungry in the morning. i got a cheese danish, a carton of whole mlk, cream-of-wheat that i poured milk into, & a 'nilla pudding & juice. in retrospect, my food was very un-colorful!

Just finished mac n cheese with ham. I find myself eating these sort of things when DH is asleep or I am at work, so as not to entice him with carb laden foods. He's doing so well with his new diabetic diet, I would hate to ruin it for him.

Cup of coffee, plain cottage cheese spread on a piece of whole-grain toast, & a light raspberry yogurt.

Was gravy included? It sounds yummy, even it there wasn't gravy.

Mark has cereal every morning or else oatmeal. He now moved on to shredded wheat. He was eating Corn Chex, and I told him to try something else.
