For my one "normal" meal a week, I had French Toast. Now, back to the oatmeal and smoothies. (one or the other)

Almost every morning now I have my Egg McMuffin -- English Muffin, poached egg, sausage paddy and cheese -- cooked in about 4 minutes in my toaster and done all at the same time. I love it!

I had a little bit of left over egg drop soup, the new Chinese place in town knows how to make it for sure!
