Every day!

Lately I've been having organic cheerios and rice milk for weekday breakfast. It's fast and wholesome. Last year at my physical, the doc said that altho my good cholesterol was good, he would like to see my bad cholesterol a little lower. So I thought I'd try the oats, because I know they do lower the bad cholesterol.

besides, they taste good.

Now, weekend breakfasts can get a little (shall we say) heartier!

I made Mark this for breakfast yesterday. Just a plain egg omelet with green onion added and whole wheat toast.

I made breakfast for dinner, which was a red onion, mushroom and mozz cheese omelet with half a toasted onion bagel. I'll post the picture over in the dinner thread.

Today, I am not having anything, and Mark is going out to breakfast.

Cup of tea in bed with a biscuit.
Cup of coffee in bed.

Light lunch (brunch really) around 11.30 or 12.

That's it, most days in the summer. Winter is another matter altogether...
