my Mum & bro used to adore those shredded wheat biscuits! i tolerated them cause i LOVED shredding them! :)

my morning "meal" was sprite & gatorade throuh the morning.

1/2 a taylor ham (pork roll), lettuce and tomato on rye with mayo. i had the other half for lunch.

My second to last bowl of my favourite cereal that I horded when Costco had it on for $2.60 a box and now no one has it anywhere and it is one of the few cereals I can actually eat. I will have to write Kashi and complain!

I made some Brioche French Toast this morning. The Brioche cooked faster than regular bread, so it got a little too dark.

Always have breakfast.

Today was a couple of strips of turkey bacon, scrambled egg sub, a handful of whole almonds, an orange, some grape juice and a cup of tea.
