Did anyone eat breakfast today?

Buttermilk pancakes, sausage, orange juice.

The sausage was Jimmy Dean. We really didn't like it - I'm going to give the rest of the package to my neighbor.

johnsonville breakfast sausage isn't to bad. we used to get lipari (sp) breakfast sausage (which i loved) but i can't find it any more

I usually get Bob Evans, but I was at a different store and they only had Jimmy Dean and Johnsonville. I wasn't familiar with either, so I just picked one. Next time I'll try the Johnsonville.

This was breakfast yesterday... the usual.. scrambled eggs with green onion, bacon, home fries and wheat toast.

today, I had a peanut butter sandwich, and Mark went out for breakfast.

DH fixed maple flavored sausage and blueberry pancakes. He put chocolate chips in his, too. I had one banana left that needed to be used, so I sliced it up and sauteed it in 1 tablespoon of butter, seasoned with a tablespoon of Splenda brown sugar and a good sprinkling of cinnamon. It was good...would have been better with a splash of rum and vanilla ice cream.
I use sugar-free maple (flavored) syrup on my pancakes, and it's really quite tasty.
