I skipped breakfast as usual on a workday. Trouble is I just can't eat so early in the morning so breakfasts are for weekends.

I made a lovely frittata. Potatoes, tomato/olive pesto, salt, pepper, chopped red pepper, cilantro, onion powder, and eggs.
