I made a hot sausage, lettuce, tomato and cheese sandwhich on wheat toast this morning.

What kind of sausage.. I would assume a breakfast patty.... like Jimmy Dean's? That really sounds tasty! ... especially on a great wheat bread.

I always forget to make breakfast sandwiches. They are so easy. I love them on english muffins!
