I made a frittata of eggs, baby bella mushrooms, red onions , diced pork roll, monteray jack/jalapeno pepper cheese, cheddar cheese and potatoes.

Made a rum raisin cake last night so I had rum raisin cake with coffee this morning for breakfast. It was egg free and dairy free and that was good.

I pan fried half of a ham steak, 2 eggs over easy, 2 slices of buttered toast and 1/2 pot of coffee!

sushi, pork, rare beef with wasabi/soy dipping sauce & kim-chee. we cooked a bunch of asian-influenced dishes this morning. i only dined on those few, cause "dinner" is at 8:20 in the morning & i'm just not that hungry that early!
