Strong Coffee, and light as a feather biscuits -- The only way I could keep the biscuits from floating up off the plate was to ladle Sausage gravy on to hold them down!!

Today was bacon, soft scrambled eggs, biscuits with honey, juice and tea. I enjoyed my breakfast and my kitties enjoyed licking the plate.

Chicken Fruit -

We had left-over jerk pork so I made jerk pork hash - it turned out quite well. Served a couple of fried eggs on top.

Now, I HAVE to start some healthier eating habits!!!!!
